Start search bar gives confusing URL listings

Currently the search bar will list URLs to visit based on those provided by groups.

However, sometimes it's confusing what they do, as there's no extra contextual information beyond the colloquial name of the group used.

e.g. at mypidge.com typing in ADC gives you three results which seem very similar

It might be worth showing the URL they'll go to to the rigth of the name of the link.
