Bug Description
Binary package hint: picard
I'm a french user of MusicBrainz Picard, and I think that I found a bug
or a localization error on the french version.
I'm using the version 0.12.1 from the Ubuntu 10.04 repository.
The bug is in the "option" window, on the left column "Tags" entry
("Etiquettes" in french).
In the right part, the second option under "Before Tagging" ("Avant de
tagger") isn't well displayed.
In english the text is : "Remove ID3 Tag from FLAC files"
In french, we just only have "c"
I send you a screenshot with the english version on the left, and the
french localized version on the right.
Note : The same report has been send to MusicBrainz mailing list :

I just checked this, the wrong translation is indeed in the released version, but it has been fixed in the translation here on Launchpad, see https:/ /translations. launchpad. net/picard/ qt-port/ +pots/picard/ fr/+translate? batch=10& show=all& search= Remove+ ID3+Tag .
This will be included in the next release. As you can see on https:/ /translations. launchpad. net/picard the French translation was changed a lot compared to the release version. As a native speaker it would be cool if you could have a look if the new translations are indeed an improvement.
Thanks,
Philipp
