Adding extension when not needed, not using album name for folder

Before reporting the bugs, I just wanted to say Picapy has come a long way, its really great!

Here is the bug, and what is more of a feature request:

Bug:
When downloading, my pictures are getting an additional "jpg" added to the name, so they look like: PICT01234.JPGjpg

I'm assuming its a case sensitivity issue?

Feature:

When downloading an album, can you default to the Album name from picasa, so that it is retained? Instead, I got a funny long string of numbers as the local folder name.

Ubuntu 13.04, picapy 2.0.1.4
