plugins activation/deactivation doesn't work

Close phraymd and reopen it : Map Sidebar plugin is activated

Not working 100% when disabling/enabling the tag plugin (re-enabling requires a restart to get it working correctly)

i don't agree : everything looks fine to me now ?

BTW, when i disable and re-enable the Map plugin, Map tab goes to the right (Tags, Configure, Map). Maybe the Configure tab should always sit at the right ?

Tab order in the sidepane is not respected until you restart phraymd :

deactivate the Map plugin (which is the most left tab by default)
reactivate the Map plugin : now its tab sits at the right of existing tab
close and relaunch phraymd : Map tab is back at the left.

Map tab should reappear directly at the left without having to restart phraymd
