phraymd does not display gif images

i've tried to view gif pictures :
gif pictures are displayed on my Ubunu 9.04 system but :
- no animation with animated gifs
- translucent background is pink when displayed with phraymd in main pane and white when displayed in side pane

Maybe i was too tired yesterday... I guess that the white/pink thing is related with the fact the picture may be selected
However it's strange to have pink background in main pane ?

i think that bug could be closed.

i have no problem with gif pictures.

the only picture which causes a problem was the one attached : phraymd couldn't display its thumb until i load it in the viewer. Note that i didn't use the "use embedded thumbnail if available" functionality

on the other hand tif are not rendered (those are images (one or several in a same file) that come from a scan)
