Bug Description
I would like to add this request to the wishlist...
I would like two options where you can actually stop the login screen from even being available if one or both of the conditions exist:
(1) JavaScript is disabled.
(2) An unsupported browser is used (like IE7).
These should be OPTIONS though in case somebody does not want to do that, but my particular application is relying significantly on JavaScript so I would like to even prevent people from using it if they have js disabled.
Also if they use an older unsupported browser, it should let them know and give them links to Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE so they can upgrade.
Thanks

As a first thought I'd say this would be a template matter, but anyway this should be part of the discussion about the new login process.
