Bug Description

When the sender of an email contains accentuated chars, the result is not as expected:

Subject: Test email from Formation Robert Debré.
Date: Tue, 19 Oct 2010 07:19:36 +0000
From: < "Formation R. Debr&eacute," <email>>

Added method to mail class called replaceAccents(), accents in FromName and Subject will be replaced by safe names while body accents appears ok.
