Hints lacks info for Telegram for Photos agg scope

Hints scope (which can display quick start info for some aggs) does not include results for Telegram scope to Photos scope but should.

It might provide something equivalent to FB for example:

I'd like to note that Hints for photos does not display any/much information* beyond what Photos itself displays on first use, so hints quick start help arguably provides no value add.

Please see screenshots. One shows hints for photos. One shows hints for photos Preview. The last shows Photos without hints in initial state with no accounts yet set up. With the changes noted below, this may be all that is needed (so we could remove hints).

* Two notes:

Flickr has no Login result now (because Flickr provides results in both cases). But Flickr could provide such a login result AND provide unlogged photos too, thus it would provide quick start hints style info too.

* My Photos provides no results now if the camera roll is empty, so removing hints might require adding to My Photos the capability to return an result (probably by keyword) if there are no photos
