Bug Description

When I recieve an SMS (or possibly a call, I haven't tested this yet) from an unknown number, I can tap the SMS to view it but there is no option in the toolbar to add that number as a contact and then be able to associate a name with the number.

Select a call from conversations view. Provide the same "add" action and icon that is on the current contacts list, but pre-populate the number in the new contact.

If the contact is already known, this could be "Edit"

Actually there is a button in the header (currently only shown when the contact is known) that shows the contact details for one given contact.

I think the original idea was to have that button switch to a contact add icon, so that's what I'm going to implement for now.
