Stepper client fails to call service

Bug Description

Hi-

I created a launch file to test the stepper motor control and stepper motor control client (attached).

It appears that within the set_motor_reference function, the service request fails.

I've made some changes to the stepper driver, and added your launch file. Check out the latest version and try again.
