Which version of Phatch are you using and on which platform? Do you have python-pyexiv2 installed? Can you attach a zip file with a sample photo and action list?

Sorry, I was wrong to set the filter (I attach the wrong approach), but the program has renamed correctly some photos and has eliminated others. It would be better that the program remind you of wrong.

The version used is 0.2.7 installed by ubuntu 10.04 repository.

Excuse
me if I'll go crazy, but retraced my steps and confirm the problems. I think that depends on the NTFS partition; rename action is only performed on 20-25% of the photos and all.

I just used the Rename function with the parameters:

<Exif_Photo_DateTimeOriginal.year>-<##Exif_Photo_DateTimeOriginal.month>-<##Exif_Photo_DateTimeOriginal.day>
<folder>/<subfolder>

It deleted every image except for two (250+ deleted), which it renamed in-place. First time using the program; not impressed. I'm using Phatch 0.2.7 on Mint 17.2 amd64.

same here. used the same DEFAULT parameters and woof, 100 pictures gone.

Sure, I should have seen it coming but still.
Wouldn't say it's a bug. More of an easter egg.

phatch 0.2.7 on kubuntu 14.04.

Not happy, to say the least.
