Will changed Exif tags be processed ?

When writing a tag, you show a list from which you can select a tag.
The value is always phatch.

You permit also users to change the tag name to one not in the list.
Exif, Iptc etc have a lot of parameters which are writable.
The program "phatch image inspector" will also show a lot of other parameters.

If I select one tag which is not in your list, will it be processed ?

If not don't let the user change the tag value (and of course extend the list)
