Impossible to close Inspect windows

Bug Description
Hi, I use Ubuntu 13.04, when I use Phatch and I click on "batch" appears "explorer" window, then if I click "inspect" the inspect windows open but then refuse to close (clicking the X sign). I discovered that only after closing the previous "explorer" window then the "inspect" windows accept to close throught the X sign
