Bug Description

It should be easier to test an arbitrary launchpad branch on the device or emulator. I would propose tweaking phablet-click-test-setup to allow passing an lp branch to build a click image and then setup the device to be tested as it does now with a prebuilt click image.

phablet-test-run should then be able to run the tests as normal.
