Bug Description
The delay used for phablet-flash is time based instead of using adb wait-for-device or fastboot detect. Because of this, phablet-flash is unusable on the Motorola Razr. Please introduce, at least a command-line optional switch, use of adb wait-for-device

I would use wait-for-device but it seems to hang easily now with the ubuntu ramdisk. I still need to look into this further.
