form select does not consider an empty value

Bug Description

Attempting to edit an eentity it a form with selections where the select item is not defined (in the entity) produces a null error. It is very strange that this is produced on setup of the form (not attempting to save yet).

This can be seen on the demo pages, simply choose "FUll Edit" for the first element.

Easy to get rid of the error, but I don't think something should be selected in the listbox then...

This applies to anything, not just entities, anytime an entity is not in the list of options for the selectbox, something has to be done.

I have it basically working, though there is an error that when the form has an error and reloads, the additional value is not recreated in the list... :(
