Bug Description

If you look at graph with CPU usage in this post
http://www.mysqlperformanceblog.com/2008/12/18/xtradb-in-cpu-bound-benchmark/

you see XtraDB has very irregular CPU-usage, while -std and -plugin has
more uniform (with dip at flushing time).

Probably it is related to adaptive_checkpointing, please investigate the issue.

It may come from bug of innodb_sprit_buf_pool_mutex.patch
I have fixed it at revision 22 of extensions-1.0
Please check it again.

I think extensions-1.0/revision/25 may be good for this case.
