Please document the new bootstraping method as described here:

Also, that instead of setting empty gcomm:// value for a cluster initialization, now the "?pc.wait_prim=no" modifier is recommended.

But it will be good to have this documented under bootstrap in manual.

Another strategy is to use "pc.ignore_sb=true"
