Documentation does not provide advice on point upgrades

There is a docs section with 5.5->5.6 upgrade instructions, but no guidance for point upgrades.

It is assumed that for a point upgrade:
for each node
  gracefully stop node
  remove old packages
  install new packages
  start node (wait for IST or SST)
  run mysql_upgrade

If this is the correct procedure, please document it. If this is not correct, please update bug with proper steps and also document them.

We do need a pages similar to this http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtradb-cluster/5.6/upgrading_guide_55_56.html for PXC upgrades 5.5.x to 5.5.y and 5.6.x to 5.6.y where y > x.

Probably packages can be just upgraded and there is no need to remove and then install them (at least this worked for me), also I am not sure if separate step of running mysql_upgrade is needed. In any case, this should be documented in details.
