Bug Description

[In:/doc/percona-xtradb-cluster/5.7/howtos/ubuntu_howto.html]

After bootstrapping the first node, the other nodes are not able to start and get the SST because the sstuser (as described in the documentation) doesn't have "PROCESS"-grants, so that the xtrabackup-command doesn't work because it needs to check the innoDB engine status.
