I remember that this bug, and one another, had been fixed in upstream 5.6.31, but was still present in Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6.30-25.16.3, and you did not release a version based on 5.6.31, so after some refused backport attempts, and lack of information, we migrated to MariaDB Cluster before the release of Percona XtraDB Cluster 5.6.32-25.17.
Anyway, I think that, based on the above, it is fairly safe to close this now.
