Bug Description

See details here: https://github.com/codership/galera/issues/130. This is not a Galera bug, it is a problem with our SST method. Apparently galera on a joiner writes the gvwstate.dat before xtrabackup SST clobbers it.

Codership reports that it does not happen with the rsync method.

The 'workaround' here will be to use cpat [sst] variable and and add gvwstate.dat to it.
