Bug Description

Hi all,

The upgrade script for PXC fails on an Ubuntu (and possibly also debian) box because the init.d startup script does not wait long enough for PXC to start.

Setting up percona-xtradb-cluster-server-5.5 (5.5.29-23.7.2-389.lucid) ...
 * Stopping MySQL (Percona XtraDB Cluster) mysqld                                                                                                                                                                         [ OK ]
 * Starting MySQL (Percona XtraDB Cluster) database server mysqld                                                                                                                                                         [fail]
invoke-rc.d: initscript mysql, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing percona-xtradb-cluster-server-5.5 (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Processing triggers for libc-bin ...
ldconfig deferred processing now taking place
Errors were encountered while processing:
 percona-xtradb-cluster-server-5.5

Any further invocations of apt-get upgrade result in the following:
