Bug Description

wsrep API will have new status code for apply_cb(): https://bugs.launchpad.net/wsrep/+bug/1020450
Implement support for this, to force applier terminate from recv() call

This fix needs to be reverted because we need to prepare some hotfix builds and provider library will not be compatible with this functionality soon enough
