Bug Description

As XtraBackup 2.3 series is rewritten in C, there is only one executable 'xtrabackup', innobackupex is just a symlink to xtrabackup.

The backup behaviour is not like versions previous to 2.3, there is no need to use files such as xtrabackup_suspended_1, xtrabackup_suspended_2, xtrabackup_log_copied to cooperate innobackupex(perl script) and xtrabackup(C binary), so I think these related descriptions should be removed in official documentation and man page in 2.3.

Also the command option --ibbackup should be removed, as this is not used in 2.3, maybe this is for compatibility with versions previous to 2.3, but at least should pointed out and deprecated in future release.
