xtrabackup --print-param prints values w/o quotes

Bug Description

When xtrabackup prints options, it skips quotes. If the values is a path with spaces, it is the issue for innobackupex.

# xtrabackup --print-param
# This MySQL options file was generated by XtraBackup.
[mysqld]
datadir = /var/lib/my mysql
tmpdir = /tmp/
