Can't run --prepare after start with error

Bug Description
I run --prepare once, but it failed
/xtrabackup --prepare
xtrabackup_logfile detected: size=3833856, start_lsn=(53 1699020188)

because there was running mysqld.
but after that file xtrabackup_logfile disappeared and instead I see ib_logfile0 file, and I can't start --prepare second time with error:
