Bug Description

This is a wishlist item, not a bug.

When running PXB with the '--compress' option, it should either default to skipping additional compression of tables that have compressed columns, or there should be an additional flag to enable this behavior.

We have very similar BP here https://blueprints.launchpad.net/percona-xtrabackup/+spec/dont-compress-compressed-pages. We need to figure out the best way to skip such tables.
