xtrabackup "Executing UNLOCK BINLOG" cause mysql server hang

Percona Server version:mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.6.32-78.0, for Linux (x86_64) using 6.0

xtrabackup version : xtrabackup version 2.3.5 based on MySQL server 5.6.24 Linux (x86_64) (revision id: 45cda89)

xtrabackup command : innobackupex --defaults-file=/etc/3306.cnf --host=127.0.0.1 --port=3306--user=XXX --password=XXX --slave-info --parallel=4 --compress --extra-lsndir=xxx --no-timestamp --stream=xbstream ./ > $LOCAL_FULL_BACKUP_DIR/$backup_file_name 2>> $BACKUP_SCRIPT_LOG

When I backup MySQL in Master , backup failed while "Executing UNLOCK BINLOG", meanwhile MySQL Server is hang and can not connect, finally I only to restart MySQL Server! But when I backup in slave , it is success!

Probably should be moved to PS since it doesn't suppose to hang. Does it also hang with --no-backup-locks ?

You can also take a look at https://www.percona.com/forums/questions-discussions/percona-xtrabackup/13587-xtrabackup-freezes-at-unlocking-the-tables-with-db-locked-production-server-stops which looks similar. The logs are important for verification and the scenario when the backup is executed.
