Bug Description

David Bennett [3:35 PM]
@singh from what I can tell, libev is used by xbcloud to handle curl HTTP response callbacks from openstack swift providers

Either we should provide it within our repo or make it clear in documentation that EPEL is a requirement (which is most likely a no go for locked down enterprises).

Even finding documentation on this took me to random forums before I figured it out

Error message for yum install percona-xtrabackup-24

No package libev.so.4 available.

====
Warning

In order to sucessfully install Percona XtraBackup libev package will need to be installed first. libev package can be installed from the EPEL repositories.

So this case is documented.
