xtrabackup doesn't report unknown options

Bug Description
It is a problem when user makes a typo in the command line option and xtrabackup doesn't report it.
xtrabackup should still skip unknown options in my.cnf, but it is possible to add error handling specifically for options provided as command line arguments.
