Bug Description

When using mysqldump, I always pipe the output to gzip --rsyncable for efficiency in transferring diffs of large files. I see that xtrabackup's --compress option uses the quicklz algorithm. Is there a way to use the quicklz algorithm with the output in a rsync-efficient format like gzip --rsyncable creates? Or is there a way to have xtrabackup use gzip --rsyncable as its compressed format?

Thanks for your help.
