Bug Description

After upgrading to 2.3.2, we are seeing empty temporary directories of the form YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS left behind in the directory specified as the directory argument to innobackupex and as --extra-lsndir for incrementals when running streaming backups. Anybody else?

Full command line:

innobackupex --stream=xbstream —tmpdir=$TMPDIR --no-version-check --parallel=4 --compress --compress-threads=4 --encrypt=AES256 --encrypt-key-file=$KEYFILE --encrypt-threads=4 --extra-lsndir=$BACKUPDIR $BACKUPDIR

I'm aware that innobackupex is going away but our existing tooling still invokes innobackupex.
