xtrabackup should reject unknown arguments which are not options

Bug Description
The xtrabackup binary accepts arguments which are not options, i.e. prefixed with '--'. For example:
xtrabackup --backup backup_dir
succeeds and creates a backup in the ./xtrabackup_
Such invalid syntax is error prone and should be rejected.
