Error when backup data

When I run backup, have message:
innobackupex: Error: Unsupported server version: '5.1.65-log' Please report a bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtrabackup
Help me.

Can you please share exact command you executed to take backup ? Along with that please share mysql server version, xtrabackup version and my.cnf

mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE "%version%';

$ xtrabackup --version

Also, did you tried to specify xtrabackup binary manually as per http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtrabackup/2.1/xtrabackup_bin/choosing_binary.html

Dear Muhamamed,
Thanks for your mail. But I had remove xtrabackup from my system. After install, I have trouble when connect to database and something wrong in system config file.
