When setting tmpdir=/some/location in my.cnf in the [xtrabackup] section, the following error occurs during an SST

set invalid permissions issue

Even if it is a permission issue, I think it should be handled more gracefully if possible and with a better error message. I had hit similar issue with errno 13 (EPERM) in other areas.

Is it occurred only during SST or also when we are trying to take backup from PXC ?
It would be great help if you can provide the exact steps that how we can able to reproduce it.
