Bug Description
Bug #1203669 should be documented as a known limitation for XtraBackup 2.1.4, i.e. backups of MySQL / Percona Server 5.6 versions prior to 5.6.11 cannot be prepared with XtraBackup 2.1.4. Until the upstream issue is fixed and merged into XtraBackup, XtraBackup 2.1.3 should be used to prepare and restore such backups.
