Bug Description
In the new cleaned up test suite/parallel runner, specifying -j gives "Wrong -j argument". This appears to be a result of the test at line 774 in the while getopts loop:
if [[ ! $OPTARG =~ ^[0-9]+$ || $NWORKERS < 1 ]]
At this point in the script NWORKERS has no value since it was just declared immediately above the loop and autocalc_nworkers has not yet been called.
