Bug Description

Currently it is ${MYSQL_BASEDIR}/lib/libgalera_smm.so which can fail and is not portable.

Currently the test suite first tries ${MYSQL_BASEDIR}/lib/libgalera_smm.so, the ${MYSQL_BASEDIR}/lib/galera3/libgalera_smm.so if the former cannot be found, then fails with an error (before executing any tests) if none of those can be found.

I guess that's good enough. If not, feel free to reopen and suggest improvements.
