innobackupex incorrectly chooses xtrabackup_51 for InnoDB plugin in 5.1

Bug Description
When no --ibbackup is specified explicitly, innobackupex always chooses xtrabackup_51 (i.e. the builtin-based binary) for any 5.1 server:
if($var_version =~ m/5\.1\.\d/ and $var_innodb_version =~ m/.*/){
$ibbackup_binary = ($win eq 1 ? 'xtrabackup.exe' : 'xtrabackup_51');
}
