Bug Description
mysql_install_db at least in MySQL 5.1.59 which I tested against tries to find my_print_defaults in /usr/local/bin. If my_print_defaults cannot be found in /usr/local/bin, testcase fails to start server.
Test suite should use my_print_defaults from test/server/bin directory.
