I just installed Fedora 20 and it had openssl-1.0.1e-38.fc20.x86_64 already.
Thus, I had do this in order to use Percona-Server-5.6.17-rel66.0-608.Linux.x86_64.tar.gz

cd /lib64
ln -s libcrypto.so.1.0.1e libcrypto.so.6
ln -s libssl.so.1.0.1e libssl.so.6
