The documentation dealing with --parallel option can be misleading

Bug Description

The documentation here at this link:
http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtrabackup/innobackupex/parallel_copy_ibk.html

says the following:
"When performing a local backup, multiple files can be copied concurrently by using the --parallel option."

This is misleading in the sense that --parallel option works with both streaming and local backups, the only caveat being that only the xbstream streaming option supports --parallel option. If --parallel is used with tar streaming format then XtraBackup issues a warning and proceeds with a single file copying thread
