--apply-log-only is not tested in the testsuite

Bug Description
The 5.6 port in progress passes the testsuite without apply-log-only ported.
This means that the port currently unrolls any transactions in progress during backup prepare, breaking the prepared backup for the following incremental backups, but no test currently catches this.
We need such test.
