Confusing "innodb_file_io_threads is deprecated" warning on --prepare

xtrabackup --prepare prints the following message which may be confusing, because it is printed even if no innodb_file_io_threads is set anywhere:

InnoDB: Warning: innodb_file_io_threads is deprecated. Please use innodb_read_io_threads and innodb_write_io_threads instead
