Bug Description

Daemon.pm checks -t STDIN and closes it if it's a terminal, but the -t check isn't reliable. Since there really isn't a need to keep STDIN open, particularly since the goal is to daemonize, the code can simply always close STDIN. This has actually already been done: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~percona-toolkit-dev/percona-toolkit/2.0/revision/189.

summary: - --daemonize doesn't close STDIN
+ --daemonize doesn't always close STDIN
