Bug Description

interval-experimentation $ pt-tcp-model --run-time 10m
Value "10m" invalid for option run-time (real number expected)
Usage: pt-tcp-model [OPTION...] [FILE]

This should be interpreted as "10 minutes", unless there is a reason not to do so.

I believe there is a reason that it's note type time: the docu says "Fractional values are permitted."

Time types don't support fractions? Maybe that's the real bug :)
