pt-config-diff ignore-case not working for a variable

Bug Description

Command run:
pt-config-diff /etc/mysql/my.cnf h=localhost

Tool version:
root@localhost:# pt-config-diff --version
pt-config-diff 3.0.4

MySQL version:
root@localhost# mysql -V
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.18, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper

Output:
root@localhost# pt-config-diff /etc/mysql/my.cnf h=localhost --ignore-case
1 config difference
Variable /etc/mysql/my.cnf localhost
========================= ================= =========
performance_schema off OFF

By default it has to ignore the cases, for the above case its not working.
