ps output of pt-stalk should include memory usage

Bug Description

pt-stalk stores 'ps' command output, but it does't include memory usage information. Would be good to have that information recorded there.

As mentioned in it, I tried to not change much. If more information is needed on memory usage, `top` outputs have more on it.

Let me know if this is not enough for some reason, or if you think other changes are needed.
