Bug Description

pt-kill should print query fingerprint hash after killing a query. This would enable cross-referencing with pt-query-digest output.

Here's a patch that adds a --fingerprint option. This outputs a checksum after each query kill.

Can be used with --print also.

Sample output:

# 2014-11-11T18:35:40 KILL 133 (Query 2 sec) select sleep(10)
Fingerprint: 0xF9A57DD5A41825CA
